Builders Capital is a small fintech company so I wear many hats from overseeing recruiting, onboarding, and benefits for Builders Capital, BimQuote, and Customhome.ai employees-Partner with leadership to figure out hiring needs current and up coming-Develop hiring strategies and create/develop job postings-Source candidates both passive and actively searching-Serve as the liaison between the company and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions, and other details before and after interviews-Extend job offers and negotiate compensation-Work with legal department to generate and send out offer letters via DocuSign-Oversee the onboarding process from background checks, I-9 verifications, and coordinate with departments to ensure a new hires Day 1 experience is Best in Class-Help coordinate new hires start date and time with managers-Oversee the administration of employee benefits-Help with annual selection of benefits provider and broker-Help create and share content benefits and onboarding quick guides via SharePoint-Oversee fun office employee celebrations/events. Achievements-Created/developed/continuously improving our processes for recruiting, onboarding, and benefits utilizing technology-Successfully launched our Recruiting, Onboarding, and survey modules in Paylocity-Helped with introductions to get our overseas developer team set up.
