About Sean Blouin

With experience in tax, accounting, compliance, and operations, I am a Manager of Tax and Compliance at Granicus LLC, a SaaS company supporting public sector organizations. I completed an MBA from Franciscan University, and I am currently undertaking a Master\'s degree in Taxation from Penn State University. I hold a certificate in Global Business Services (GBS) from The Hackett Group, and a certificate in Al for Decision Making: Business Strategies and Applications from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, I earned a certification in Trust Tax Fundamentals from the Cannon Financial Institute. Prior to joining Granicus, I served as an Army Officer within multiple capacities in the Pennsylvania National Guard. Through a decade of service, I commanded, deployed, and participated in multiple operations and exercises around the world. Before separating from the military, I was entrusted with the privilege to lead the Headquarters Battery of the 107th Field Artillery Battalion as its Commander.Equipped with invaluable experiences gained as a Soldier, I now apply my military leadership skills and strategic thinking to the tax and compliance field. I am passionate about delivering value and excellence to my organization and stakeholders, and I seek to leverage my diverse background and expertise to contribute to Granicus.
