Employed to guide the externals packages (5no) to completion on 3 high rise residential towers with two adjoining mid rise buildings. Managing packages including - scaffold, brickwork, groundwork’s and landscaping, steel structures (projecting balconies), Roofing works. Continuing the same role as CRUK but for the company who took over the project to complete.Holding regular team meetings with supervisors from the subcontractors to mitigate any problems which can be foreseen from the wider site team. The site itself is on a small footprint so poses daily challenges involving logistics of both workforce and materials. In order for success this requires a high level of detail in the planning stage to allow for smooth transition from plan into action. Completing QA digitally within the BMS systems to ensure works are completed to a high standard in a timely manner, with all the relevant evidence uploaded for sign off.
