As a Talent Acquisition Specialist within a fast-paced IT consultancy, my main focus is on sourcing top talent for CGI\'s graduate, industrial placement, and apprenticeship programmes. I manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including assessment centres, contract preparation, and induction delivery. In addition, I provide expert advice to business leaders, lead marketing and attraction campaigns, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as university careers services and training providers. I am dedicated to supporting the development of early careers talent and delivering against key performance indicators while maintaining accurate records and providing regular reporting on recruitment. My role also involves various HR processes.
