ABOUT SEAN A. SEYEDZARE

Sean began his career at UPS as a part-time Package Handler while attending Northern Virginia Community College. In his current role as a Business Manager, Sean is responsible for all aspects of a Local Sort and Delivery Center operations with an operating cost of over $19M annually; and leads a team of 200 employees including 105 full-time Package Car Drivers, 5 full-time Supervisors, 15 Operations Management Supervisors, part-time Drivers, and Inside Employees. Prior to his current assignment, Sean was an On-Road Supervisor and a member of a corporate special assignment team dedicated to the deployment of ORION in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. ORION aims to reduce miles driven and increase efficiency on delivery routes. Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time volunteering in the community through programs such as Road Code, Passport to Manhood, and other programs at the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington.
