I build systems that turn player behavior, feedback, and conversation at scale into clear, actionable decisions.Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked across Epic Games and Amazon Games on products that have reached hundreds of millions of players. At Epic, I was part of the team that helped scale Fortnite from its early stages into one of the largest games in the world, working across campaigns, product launches, and live operations to shape how the game showed up to players at scale.Much of my work has focused on closing the gap between what players are saying and what teams actually do with that information. I’ve built and operated global community surfaces and developed systems that collect, structure, and deliver insights in ways that directly influence messaging, campaign direction, and product decisions.I also spent time in Berlin building and leading EU LiveOps during a period of rapid growth, helping establish global processes for communication, engagement, and feedback across regions.More recently at Amazon Games, I’ve focused on building tools and pipelines that continuously gather and analyze player signals, giving teams a clearer understanding of what’s working, where things break down, and how to improve over time.I tend to do my best work at the intersection of product, marketing, and community, especially in environments where things are moving fast and the feedback loop really matters.
