Directed all operations since the label\'s inception in 2017, leading a team of visual artists, producers and musicians to create thematic EP vinyl releases. • Coordinated frequent record label events and functions to assist in the promotion and sale of musical material. Created visual experiences via the use of light projections to enhance the experience for attendees. • Led market research and analysis of music merchandise. Directed the production of multiple vinyl records over the course of two years and distributed units to 14 different countries worldwide.
