My current role aims to create and foster a data-driven culture in FYLD. FYLD operates in various sectors, including gas, water and construction. These all come with unique challenges, and my role is to help bring these challenges to life through data so that we best understand how to tackle them while also improving user experience- Building out a full suite of metrics to help the business understand how it’s performing at a high level while also building metrics for everyone within FYLD to understand at different levels of granularity where required- Creating live data frameworks with our Engineering team to ensure data is readily available- Providing data to our Customer Support to help understand the impact of potential bugs- Providing detailed analysis for the Sales Team to present to clients- Cross-functional work across all parts of the business to ensure we capture our users experience via data, turning it into actionable insights- Collaborate with Product, Operations and Customer growth teams to meet the data needs of internal stakeholders and external users - Coaching junior members of our team through continual feedback and goal-setting.
