I\'m a dedicated professional with a unique blend of skills and experiences, poised for a transition into the tech industry with a specific interest in sales and sales engineering roles.My journey began in Ireland, where I delved into the world of technology through my studies in Computer Science. This foundational education provided me with a solid understanding of technical concepts and problem-solving skills, essential in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.In 2012 I moved to New York City. For over a decade, I honed my interpersonal and customer service skills in the dynamic environment of bartending. This experience taught me invaluable lessons in client engagement, conflict resolution, and adaptability — skills that are directly transferable to a sales role in any sector, especially in tech.I recently completed the Columbia Full Stack Engineering Boot Camp. This intensive program reignited my passion for technology and equipped me with the latest skills in web development, including front-end and back-end technologies.My decade in hospitality has instilled a unique perspective on client relations and service excellence, a critical asset in the field of sales and customer-centric roles. Combining this with my technical acumen, I am excited to bring a blend of tech-savvy and superior client engagement skills to a sales or sales engineering position.
