In my role as Director of Store developement, I control all aspects of store development for all of our brands Coffee #1, Harris and Hoole and Aroma I am also heavily involved with the Financial Director in the process of buying new sites. I control the new build process inception to completion including the landlord negotiations, appointing contractors and consultants. I have to date been directly involved in the creation of units and have overcome all kinds of issues relating to expansion be it planning, budgets and bringing new sites from inception to completion. My role also involves the overseas expansion in all new countries, including UAE, Turkey,Poland, Cyprus, Sweden.
