I’m a third-generation commercial fisherman who has spent my career working across the seafood value chain — from origin to distribution to the end customer.What’s always interested me most is not just great product, but how that product is translated into programs that actually work in the real world.I’ve worked closely with fishermen, farmers, processors, sales teams, operators, and chefs, and I’ve seen firsthand how often strong seafood struggles because expectations aren’t clearly set upstream. When clarity is missing, execution breaks down downstream — regardless of how good the product is.Today, my focus is on seafood market creation, product storytelling, and execution — helping teams understand what makes a product different, how it should be handled, and how to bring it to market with consistency and confidence.
