For over 20 years, I have served as the expert guide and subject matter expert for companies in various industries, developing and implementing innovative strategic employee benefits programs that attract and retain top employees while saving employers money. During my time, I have designed and administered over benefit plans and negotiated twice as many highly competitive, complex contracts and rates to maximize the organization’s dollars. I reduced overcharges by 4% and labor spending by 25% by designing a single-source benefits enrollment platform that transmitted enrollment directly to carriers/vendors, payroll, and HRIS.
