About Shaina Druker
Shaina focuses her legal practice in defending medical professionals, individuals, and corporations nationwide in complex high exposure lawsuits and catastrophic injury cases in the areas of medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, automobile and trucking accidents. She has experience representing retail establishments, physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, nurses, as well as other health care providers across the state of Florida in matters involving professional liability, risk management, general liability, premises liability and negligent security. She has litigated civil matters for her clients in both federal and state jurisdictions as well as state administrative actions involving professional licensure and discipline in both Florida and federal courts.Prior to her defense practice, Shaina was a Plaintiff’s attorney representing individuals in auto accidents, medical malpractice, and other personal injury claims. Shaina also has experience in bankruptcy and real estate litigation, having represented creditors in cases pending in Florida and federal courts. Shaina is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and selected as Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers. Outside of her work, her interests include volunteering with the Special Olympics, watching Tampa Bay sports, traveling, and attending live music events.
