Responsible for all software solutions within the company • Develop & maintain SQL backend systems for both external & internal clients • Continual development of web-based EDMS systems, giving clients 24/7 access to critical data • Maintain internal systems built using Microsoft Access as a frontend • Analysis & reporting on SQL-based company data • Design, test & maintain the security frameworks adopted by company systems • Provide improvements & enhancements to existing systems, particularly through performance tuning within SQL • Supervision of internal & external development resources producing software solutions using the Microsoft stack • Investigated new technologies & innovations, providing proof of concepts where required
