I\'ve been very fortunate to be a member of the BOND family of companies for over a decade, a family-owned and ambitious construction management contractor with an affinity to be on the cutting-edge of construction technologies. Starting as a co-op, I showed up on day one in our VDC group and never left, including working part-time while finishing school and joining the firm full-time upon graduation.During my tenure at BOND, I\'ve experienced an environment that embraces change and innovation to deliver absolute customer satisfaction — a remarkable culture for a company with a century-long legacy.In my first decade, I focused extensively on implementing our 3D laser scanning and existing conditions Building Information Modeling capabilities. Initially supporting our construction projects in pre-construction, QA/QC, and project closeout, our team\'s growth enabled us to establish BOND\'s Reality Capture Team in 2017. We proudly became the first construction management firm in the Northeast to offer these geospatial services externally, setting a new standard within the AECO industry.Since then, I\'ve had the privilege of working with my staff to grow our team from 2 people to a team of 14 geospatial and design professionals with diverse backgrounds in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Management. Our expertise spans architectural design, laser scanning, drone photogrammetry, and traditional surveying enabling us to deliver comprehensive services to our clients.Recently I\'ve taken on a new role within the firm that has re-ignited that spark and given me a renewed focus on my day to day responsibilities. People are my passion, and building meaningful and lasting relationships with our clients and industry partners through collaboration is key to our success. Customer Satisfaction is the greatest currency we have in our business, and we must work together to achieve it. As Director of Integrated Design, I oversee a restructured group of service offerings including our Reality Capture Team but also the firm\'s in-house Integrated Design focused on integration of project stakeholders — Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors — in support of the firm\'s Design-Build, Design-Assist, and Design collaboration efforts. With a renewed emphasis on Business Development, I\'m eager to position BOND as a preferred partner not only in construction but also in early-stage design processes and blurring the lines of traditional project delivery to collectively complete the complex construction projects of today.
