The one guiding thread in my career and personal life has always been my deep interest in meeting and interacting with people across various cultures and backgrounds. I worked in various domains, among which Human Resources, Project Management, HRIS and Training, and had the chance to collaborate with people from different countries and learn about the importance of intercultural awareness.Today, as an experienced coach, facilitator and trainer with +20 years experience in various organizations, I work with diverse clients, ranging from early-career to senior Managers and Leadership Teams. I like to mix approaches (maïeutics, reflections, co coaching, role playing, metapahors,…) to maximize impact. Overall I aim at meeting clients unique needs and respecting their eco system, driving them to identify their DNA of success and resources as a first step to tackle change.
