Experienced Talent Acquisition and HR personnel/Generalist with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry. Having worked multiple time zones and regions on a National and Global scale, hiring exempt and non-exempt, from Entry level or Collegiate, Associate/Individual Contributor, Management, Regionals to Executive and Director level. Strong Human Resources partner with a Master of Arts (M.A.) focused in Organizational Psychology and Human Behavior from Kean University. I absolutely enjoy assisting future candidates with finding their next opportunity and streamlining the recruiting/hiring processes for employers, while making lasting connections and partnerships. Born and raised NJ native, but currently located in Dallas, TX, after previously working out of the Greater Phoenix, AZ area at one of the largest staffing firms representing multiple divisions of high volume recruiting, pipelining, and sourcing within Non-clinical Healthcare and professional Core staffing sectors: HR, Office Administration, Client Representation, and Supply Chain and Logistics. Previously a part of the corporate recruiting team at a nationwide, famously rooted high-end luxury retail company, supporting Supply Chain and Operations, Customer Care, Studios, and Human Resource. Most recently was a part of a global company within the technology, travel and hospitality field where I facilitated the NORAM Corporate and Functions of recruitment enterprises within Commercial Business, Corporate Solutions, and Operations and Services.Currently apart of one of the top 5 airports in the nation at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport assisting with Corporate and Operations hiring.
