Eos Lightmedia is an integrated lighting, audiovisual, control systems, and interactive software firm. We execute design-build scopes of work with specialized technology systems for themed attractions, retail, architecture and public art. My role as Director of Special Projects supports Design, Integration, Quotations, and Business Development teams at strategic and executive levels. My teams are responsible for project delivery and account management from early design stages through final programming and installation.RESPONSIBILITIES Grow business in new market sectors through focused research, planning and relationship building. Develop strategic partnerships with vendors and clients to increase mutual performance. Lead Responses to Request for Proposals (RFP), including technical proposal writing, design fees, construction management plans, scheduling, equipment and installations quotations Leverage subject matter expertise in design, technology and software to translate client needs into real world solutions and quality results. Identify & recruit key personnel using intimate knowledge of required skillsets and backgrounds needed for success for both project specific and core team roles. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS Acquired new target accounts in identified business growth markets. Increased sales by adding new key accounts and improving lifetime customer value of existing accounts by demonstrating expanded service offerings Provided accurate and competitive quotations for project bids and improved relationships with vendors and clients while maintaining margins.
