After successfully completing two consecutive assignments for Citi, I was thrilled to be invited to take part in yet another defining moment for the firm — the London Citi Tower redevelopment.It is an ambitious workplace transformation — currently Europe’s largest office development by area, designed to host over employees and around 7,500 desks. Once completed, it will offer a modern, vibrant, and collaborative space that will set the standard for the workplace of the future.During my previous assignments with Citi, I shifted my focus within the Change Management space towards Business Analysis— a field that brings together my passion for change & transformation with my love of data and storytelling. It’s a true win-win: I find real satisfaction in seeing clearly translated data leading to smarter decisions and greater efficiency!In my current role, my key responsibilities include:• Managing the project’s data pipeline end-to-end • Developing and integrating backend systems• Conducting analysis, reporting, and data storytelling • Designing and documenting business processesTo make it all happen, I rely on a solid toolkit — Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SharePoint, and PowerPoint — to turn raw data into a source of clarity and insights.
