Current Life • Working with Source Code, making hiring managers (and their teams) whole and finding amazing roles for awesome candidates. • Freelancing as a private job coach/tutor: teaching people how to create cover letters & resumes, as well as how to navigate the job market of today. • Learning some new HRIS systems to keep sharp and out of interest. I\'ve had my eye on a few open source projects, but I settled on two: Frappe HR and Orange HRM. Details are in my \"projects\" Who Am My passions lie strongly in the directions of HR/P&C, talent acquisition, and tech/IT. I am perpetually excited by opportunities to develop new skills and dig into new techniques that will help create positive and profitable environments - for both employees and employers! I\'m an HR and Recruitment professional with 6+ years of accumulated experience. I\'ve worked primarily in-house with scaling SaaS and product tech firms whose total size ranges from 5 people, to 10 people, to 30 people, to 120 people. I\'ve also worked in agency land, where I have serviced enterprise-level bank, insurance, and tech end-clients. I\'ve also got some coding experience, primarily with Python - using Robot and Appium to build robust and human-readable test scripts for mobile apps. I\'m versatile and I\'m always willing to try out something new. I\'m at my happiest when I\'m learning, experiencing something novel, or charting a new or unique course.
