I also do lunch time seminars on work-life issues for another corporation as a sub contractor.Specialties: I specialize in doing long-term, insight oriented psychotherapy with individuals, couples and groups. Working with people to learn strategies to improve self, relationships with others, break unhealthy patterns of behavior, and set goals and work toward them. I have extensive training in the field of addictions and eating disorders and I work using experiential, existential and psychodynamic techniques.
