Lab Automation Platform- Established and lead CCRM’s Lab Automation Platform, built around Hamilton Vantage and Nimbus liquid handlers and integrated peripherals (Automated incubator, Cytation5 plate reader, Decapper)- Designed and executed multiple automated experimental workflows including but not limited to cell seeding and culture, serial dilutions, media formulations, cell staining, automated imaging and analysis- Delivered several high-throughput automation projects, including:~Media formulation and screening for T and B cells ~Lipid nanoparticle (LNP) screening in T cells, NK cells, and APCs ~Automation of analytical workflows (e.g, IT assay)Project Leadership & Client Engagement- Led and supported diverse immunotherapy-based client and internal initiatives with a focus on scale-up, automation, and media optimization:~CAR-NK scale-up from G-Rex to 50 L Xuri bioreactor ~High-throughput LNP library screen in T cells, NK cells, and APCs ~Validation of AI-designed, serum-free media formulations for T-cell expansion: tested over formulations in 4 weeks via automated high-throughput screening ~Developed a closed-system, feeder-based CAR-NK production process in wave and stirred-tank bioreactors up to 10L scaleScientific Communication:Work has resulted in 1 oral conference presentation and 4 scientific posters, showcasing innovations in automated cell therapy workflows and high-throughput screening.
