I am the Chief Transformation Officer at Dentons Canada, overseeing the Firm\'s innovation, legal support, commercial analysis and national operations functions. I lead the Firm\'s strategic initiatives to drive transformative innovation to keep pace with the modernization of legal processes, pricing and client service models. I frequently speak and write about a range of legal innovation topics including the use of alternative fee arrangements, legal project management and the transformative impact of AI in the legal industry. I began my legal career practicing commercial litigation after clerking at the Federal Court. I subsequently held various management roles across the consulting and legal sectors, with a focus on client service delivery, pricing and productization. I was called to the Ontario bar in 2005 and am a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
