   Led a small team of test engineers, facilitating daily stand-up meetings, task allocation, and progress tracking in alignment with project schedules. Performed software verification testing in compliance with documented Software Requirement Specifications (SRS). Performed requirements management and traceability using IBM DOORS and Polarion, supporting compliance with IEC 62304 and FDA design control process. Performed test tool validation to demonstrate tool accuracy, repeatability, and suitability for use in a regulated medical device environment. Generated and maintained traceability matrices and trace reports connecting requirements, risks, test cases, and verification evidence.
