I am a Development Team Lead at Golden Eagle IT Technologies, a CMMI Maturity Level-3 company that specializes in web development and IT solutions. I have a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from AKS University Satna, and I am a certified Linux system administrator (RHCSA).In my current role, I oversee the software development life cycle (SDLC) of web applications using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JQuery. I collaborate with the project managers, clients, and developers to deliver high-quality products that meet the requirements and deadlines. I also manage the server administration, deployment, and maintenance using Docker, Linode, and AWS services. I have successfully led and completed multiple projects, such as a large e-commerce platform, a social media network, and a health care portal.Before becoming the Development Team Lead, I worked as an Assistant Team Lead and a Senior Web Developer at the same company, where I gained hands-on experience with SQL backends, code documentation with Git and Github, agile project management methodology, test driven development, and defect tracking tools. I am eager to learn and grow with my team, and I have good communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. I am passionate about creating innovative and user-friendly web applications that solve real-world problems.
