I am a member of a Mechanical Services team that is responsible for performing the following on Optima aseptic vial filling lines, SKAN Isolator technology, EISAI/Seidenader vial inspection machines and IMA Edwards Lyophilization systems:Operations,set up, change over, and test run equipment, make mechanical and electrical adjustments necessary for the correct operation of the equipment, act as a troubleshooter, diagnose problems involving electronic, electrical, instrumentation, and pneumatic hydraulic control systems, perform routine Preventive Maintenance (PMs) on all Aseptic Operations equipment, assist in the development of plant SOP\'s and training materials, execute production recipes in MES (Syncade) and perform material movements/work order transaction in SAP.
