Capacity Development: Directed a multi-disciplinary team of senior resources and consultants to deliver contextualized training to ADB staff and government officers across all member countries based on learnings from evaluation studies. Developed the architecture for a strategic approach to capacity development, revitalizing and modernizing the program, and migrating to virtual format to guide both synchronous and e-learning courses. Managed stakeholders and diplomatically engaged at the highest level within ADB, and with international partners resulting in strong gender-balanced panels for 1500+ participants from 120 nationalities, and 130 organizations Moderated high-level opening and closing sessions with senior ADB management and government officials. Made technical contributions as a panelist for Quality Infrastructure Outcomes in Public-Private Partnerships with senior AIIB panelists and Policy Coherence for the Fight Against Climate Change with OECD panelists.
