About Sarah Queen
Started in 1992, Maggie’s is the original organic fiber apparel brand. We make socks “so good, they could be Prada” (so says The Strategist) and other soft, high-quality organic cotton and wool basics. With our Real Fair Trade pledge we work to do right by every worker in our supply chain—from farm to finished good-and you can feel it in our products. I joined Maggie\'s in 2023 to lead our transition to 80% employee ownership in partnership with Teamshares. Previously I spent eleven years working in growth-related roles in technology companies. I hope some of what I’ve learned can help smaller, long-established businesses continue to serve their communities while navigating this era of mounting performance pressure. I am certainly learning a lot in return!
