   Delivering FEMA curriculum at all levels through Advanced Incident Command System to internal and external partners. Re-wrote the Training and Exercise Plan for the County and developed the same for one municipality. Wrote Emergency Response Plans for 12 County facilities and facilitate Emergency Response Team training for each. Develop and deliver discussion and operationally-based exercises using the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program to County, municipal and private partners throughout each year. Additional duties include serving as the Operations Section Chief during Emergency Operations Center activations, supervising 11 Emergency Support Functions in response to all-hazards incidents. Collateral duties include being a National Wildfire Coordinating Group qualified Strike Team Leader STEN), Firing Boss (FIRB) and local Division Supervisor (DIVS), and serving as the Training Officer and Quartermaster for the Arapahoe County Wildland Fire Team. Additional responsibilities include agency coordinator for the HazMat Response, Winter Operations and Search and Rescue Teams.
