I\'m obsessed with the art and science of marketing, recruiting, training, cooking and building/contributing to high-performing teams (and cultures) that last. Authenticity, relationships, and trust are my most important values. Amplifying the intelligence of others is how I lead. Emotional intelligence is what makes me different. Cooking and teaching fill my soul.
