Every great business is built around a secret hidden from the outside. I have had the privilege of working with and for some of the world\'s best companies, cultures, teams and people. I\'m obsessed with the art and science of marketing, recruiting, training, cooking and building/contributing to high-performing teams (and cultures) that last. Authenticity, relationships, and trust are my most important values. Amplifying the intelligence of others is how I lead. Emotional intelligence is what makes me different. Cooking and teaching fill my soul. When I\'m not working, I\'m with my family/tribe, cooking, traveling (including the #vanlife) or swimming/biking/running in North County San Diego as part of the Ironman lifestyle and all that goes with it.
