I’m a Talent Acquisition leader with 25 years of experience building, scaling, and leading HR functions across private and public companies in retail, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, financial services, and veterinary medicine.My work centers on developing high-performing teams, aligning HR strategy with business goals, and serving as a trusted partner to executives and cross-functional leaders. Whether transforming talent operations or mentoring emerging leaders, I bring a people-first approach, a drive for meaningful impact, and a leadership style rooted in levity, laughter, and genuine connection.My passion for animal welfare began at age thirteen, working for my family veterinarian and discovering a lifelong commitment to helping pets, their people, and local wildlife. That early experience shaped both my values and my career path, ultimately leading me to roles where my HR expertise and my dedication to animal well-being intersect in meaningful ways.Today, I’m grateful to contribute to the veterinary field professionally while also volunteering with OCCRA, supporting wildlife transport and rescue efforts throughout the region. Giving back alongside such a dedicated team is a true highlight and reinforces my belief in service, community, and creating environments where both people and animals can thrive.
