   I founded Shrader Research Defense Group (SRDG) to provide operational and strategic guidance to our clients. We serve agencies, civilian firms and contractors supporting our nation’s offensive and defensive capacity and capabilities. Our focus is on systems, people, processes and tools that facilitate interaction and interoperability, thus enabling bold, agile and innovative business and policy solutions. Simply put, we create windows of opportunity, solve problems, and take action to accomplish our clients’ objectives. My team is comprised of an array of multidisciplinary professionals who support SRDG’s mission and collaborate to execute projects in an efficient and results-driven manner.My work in defense futures, deep futures and enterprise-level business processes has provided a holistic and intimate understanding of current realities and likely progressions in the technology, production and defense sectors. Using this insight, we conduct a comprehensive DOTMLPF-P (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership & Education, Personnel, Facilities and Policy) review and develop strategies which drive planning and decision making.I have brought together experts in procurement and acquisitions, technology integration mapping, program and project management, and cyber security and together we have formed a multi-specialty force which is uniquely equipped to address 21st century business realities. We leverage our diverse capabilities to help organizations navigate complex processes, develop tech implementation strategies, lead key initiatives, and safeguard data. Our firsthand knowledge allows us to help our partners avoid and/or overcome obstacles, improve efficiencies, drive revenues and develop competitive advantages which lead to excellent investment returns.
