Develops, implements, and guides the Devereux Ascend Career Accelerator Program, a new national career development program to recruit and retain employees, enabling them to grow, increase capabilities and develop professionally to drive high quality programs and services. Key Responsibilities: • Design career development tracks, training materials and resources for participants. • Deliver and evaluate customized Talent assessment and planning processes and resources that link business strategies to individual and organization performance • Lead and manage the talent and career development coaches providing ongoing training, feedback and coaching. • Assessing and coaching anyone in unique specialty jobs or anyone in any career track which may include processing and reporting out on the Devereux Ascend Education Resources process. • Provide assessment and coaching to identified Devereux Leadership • Provide Face-to-Face facilitation and Digital Facilitation with all levels of the organization. • Garner and grow relationships with educational partners through accredited colleges/universities and other outreach initiatives.
