Excellent Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with organizational skills and computer proficiency are required to be used daily. Coordinates and follows-up with concerned departments to resolve fleet Aircraft Inspection Deficiency Reports (AIDR\'s). Reviews military field reports of nonconformities and product deficiencies, determines legitimacy of a complaint as applicable to engineering design and military specifications, requirements and Quality Assurance criteria. Interfaces with the Military Customer,(DCMA and NAVAIR) daily to mitigate issues and concerns. Provides support data which may include but is not limited to information from the company databases, as well as drawing and specification information. Responsible for providing review, interpretation and coordination of Engineering Drawings, Specifications, Standards and their incorporation or use in the manufacturing process. Responsible for setting up lines of communication with all involved parties,(i.e, Bell, Suppliers, DCMA and NAVAIR) in an effort to insure all relevant data is obtained for final corrective action resolution. Additional responsibilities involve participation in creating QA work instructions, procedures and inspection work plans. Responsible for developing and presenting AIDR metrics as necessary to facilitate the Corrective Action Board (CAB) I, CAB II, CAB and Program Management meetings. Responsible for tracking and validating root cause corrective action for all H-1 Level II Corrective Action Request\'s issued by DCMA Amarillo. Demonstrated record of handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities. Experienced with spreadsheets, word processing and problem solving skills.
