   Scotty Auby, a member of Debevoise\'s Litigation Department, focuses his practice on representing corporate clients and their officers and directors in governmental investigations and proceedings, primarily those arising under the federal securities laws. Scotty also regularly conducts internal investigations on behalf of companies and their audit committees, including into potential accounting fraud and violations of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. In addition, Scotty maintains an active practice in civil litigation, representing entities and individuals in securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigation and various commercial matters.
