   Identified, negotiated, contracted, and onboarded technology partnerships within computer vision, artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT, smart parcel rooms, and secure access control systems for use within production and distribution centers, post offices and retail operations, and new sorting and distribution operations with an addressable market of $400 MM• Analyzed, scouted start-ups, evaluated capabilities, managed deal-flows, drafted SOO/SOW, negotiated contracts, defined deliverables for multi-million-dollar plant visibility computer vision/AI project. Managed process from a POC to roll-out across production and distribution operations, and executed on project management with cross-functional teams managed with a $9 MM IDIQ budget• Managed transportation project analysis yielding potential savings more than $1 billion • Built and implemented multiple blank check special projects for the PMG, CTO, and executive leadership team to conceptualize and pilot new service offerings to leverage existing USPS infrastructure and national footprint• Secured partnerships with tech accelerators, incubators, university labs, corporate sponsors, and venture capital firms with portfolios of emerging technology that collectively invest over $1 billion• Delivered technology concepts and working prototypes, ahead of schedule and under budget, incorporated as permanent fixtures in the USPS HQ Innovation Lab
