   I began working with Bates Communications in December 2010. BTS acquired Bates in January 2020, and I was promoted to a more senior role at BTS in September 2022. I now collaborate with hundreds of BTS consultants globally, providing leadership development and executive presence to clients worldwide.Design and deliver highly creative, engaging, customized, and interactive virtual learning programs and in-person workshops that help transform leaders into powerful communicators who get results. Working as an executive coach and advisor with individual leaders as well as groups and teams, guided thousands of global leaders in storytelling strategies for executives as well as persuasive business cases presentations. Conducted 700+ assessments with senior leaders and high potentials using the Bates ExPI (Executive Presence Index), the first-ever scientific assessment of executive presence. Led in-person and virtual ExPI Certification Programs for 150+ talent development leaders, ranging from independent consultants to Fortune 500 HR leaders. Continually upskill BTS consultants and contractors on how to master use of our tools, most notably our Speak Like A Leader content and executive presence “insights conversations.”Created a wide array of intellectual property for firm, writing guides, special reports, blog posts, articles, speeches, LMS content, books, talking points, and virtual program scripts to build the company brand.
