   Oversee dozens of marketing automation platforms used to deploy email and SMS applications- Work to consolidate and migrate our hundreds of business units from one-off platforms over to our approved vendors- Review all vendor contracts for procurement best practices and accuracy- Negotiate with SAAS vendors to establish Enterprise contracts, pricing, and service- Assure that all marketing automation vendors pass and complete our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) process and standards- Lead communities and user groups of each of our software platforms to share successes, train on best practices, and gather valuable feedback- Meet with each software vendor at least monthly to share feedback and feature requests from our end-users- Guide the RFP and new vendor selection and onboarding processes for Marketing Automation- Verify that our communications and processes are compliant with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, FINRA, CCPA, and other official federal and state communication laws.
