About Scott Walgren
I spent the first 25 years of my professional life in uniform—graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy and flying helicopters as a Navy pilot. What stuck with me was more than mission planning or risk management. It was learning how to lead in complexity, how to earn trust quickly, and how to stay calm under pressure.Today, I coach high-performing CEOs and business owners, facilitating Vistage peer groups in Bozeman, Montana.
