As a physician executive with more than two decades of medical industry leadership expertise across a variety of disciplines, I have spent my career building high-performance teams and implementing process improvements that improve quality, drive performance and boost efficiency. KEY HIGHLIGHTS-At ChenMed, built and led a team of 10 different medical specialists to achieve ~$25M in cost of care savings and uncovered ~$14M in additional revenue over the last year-At the New England Baptist Hospital (NEBH), delivered $6.5M in savings by introducing a new approach to reduce implant costs-At NEBH, directed a team that re-imagined and rebuilt our Surgical Registry. Insourcing resulted in a significant cost saving, while improving outcomes for patients-At NEBH, led a team that stood up a process to collect Patient Reported Outcomes. Now used to create predictive models to support treatment decisions-At NEBH, turned around a challenged business unit-Created three startup businesses
