About Scott Nelson
I spent more than 30 years at Ernst & Young in the firm’s Assurance Practice. As an Audit Partner, I worked closely with global public and pre-IPO companies guiding them through IPO readiness, complex accounting matters, operational and financial reporting, and more. I bring decades of experience serving clients at all stages of growth, from entrepreneurial startups and VC/PE-backed companies to multinational public enterprises. I have coordinated and led global teams throughout Europe and Asia to address global accounting and reporting for US GAAP purposes and local statutory reporting purposes. I\'ve been involved in numerous transactions over my career including initial public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, debt and equity financings and restructurings. In partnering with Marc Blythe at Blythe Global, I am excited to bring my 30+ years of experience to continue helping companies of all sizes meet their goals and growth aspirations.
