After several false starts, helped to solidify and grow the paid media service for Big Leap, across Google Ads, Meta ads, and LinkedIn. I was able to grow MRR 30% YoY, helping to land bigger accounts, and also significantly reduce churn rates. Designed and implemented the foundations of PPC management, including reporting, audits, testing, campaign builds, and ad hoc reports across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Trained and hired specialists and managers to improve their workflow, mentored them through 1:1 and identified areas to improve. Worked with the Sales team to better approach pitching new clients, creating multiple docs and processes to inform and improve the clients we worked with.
