This open Facebook group will share ideas about how to use LEGO to involve and engage workplace teams on issues of innovation, roadblock management, communications and collaboration. It will be a place for professional facilitators to share ideas and techniques and a place for front-line management to acquire some tools they can use with their people. Motivation is linked to active involvement and lots of things can be done to improve how things work in most organizations.
