Arcis Golf manages municipal, public and private golf facilities throughout the United States and has done so since 1984. The company\'s success is the direct result of a deep understanding of the golf industry and a constant eye on the future of the game. The facilities we manage are consistently recognized as the best in their market for course conditions, available amenities and customer service. Arcis Golf is recognized by course owners for its operational efficiency, financial management and thorough communication with them. Our focus at every course is to create an inviting environment for guests and then work diligently to bring them to the course. Our golf initiatives focus on growing the game, teaching the game and making it more convenient and fun. As General Counsel I am responsible for assisting management to accomplish these goals by helping to evaluate legal and business risks inherent in the industry. In my position, I oversee all legal issues confronting the company including contracts, licenses, permits, acquisitions and divestitures, financing matters, employment matters, insurance, real estate, and litigation.
