   As a mortgage loan processor i\'m responsible for processing all incomging home equity applications, and processing 1st mortgages. I am able to use FICS LoansPQ, Meridian Link, and other MLO Software. Quick on toes with understanding policies and procedures, and always verify informaiton with underwritng, management, members, and loan officers to ensure accurate and quick loan processing. We use Freddie Mac guidelines and use FHLB.In my role as a member service advisor; I am a high-performing, experienced Senior Member Service Representative who provides a variety of sales and service functions such as providing information on all Credit Union services and effectively cross-selling the products and services that meet the member’s specific needs. I am responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager. Supports the Credit Union’s membership and asset growth goals by participating in sales campaigns and community outreach events as determined by the Branch Manager.
