I\'m a product management leader with a passion for building incredible products. My strengths are in product strategy, technical communications, and leadership. My career and professional development goals are driven by a desire to work with teams of highly skilled software developers, strategically focused product managers, and skilled cross-functional professionals.In 2019, I graduated with a Master of Science in software management from the University of St. Thomas. This program provided me with a solid foundation of best practices in product management and software development. My achievements include- Doubled the adoption of PwC\'s AI Digital Assistant - Re-architected, developed, and launched a new Aha! customer knowledge base- Wrote over 100 support articles for the Aha! product - During my 5 years at Verisae, I received Verisae\'s Employee of the Quarter award twice- From 2014 to 2016, I was been directly responsible for the decisions, designs, and delegation of over software development days - Every quarter, I presented Verisae\'s release notes webinar to all active customers.
