I am an enterprise and global security executive responsible for building scalable, risk-governed protective services capabilities within a Fortune 100 environment. I currently lead 24/7/365 physical security operations across Nationwide’s world headquarters and multi-campus environments while designing and operationalizing our Hyderabad security program from initial build through active protection.My work centers on transforming security from a traditional guarding model into a strategic enterprise function. I integrate risk governance, crisis readiness, and intelligence-informed deployment into structured operating systems aligned with business strategy. I focus on building durable security architectures, elevating supervisor leadership capability, and strengthening accountability through disciplined performance frameworks.I began my career with the Ohio State Highway Patrol, progressing from dispatcher to sergeant before a line-of-duty injury abruptly ended that chapter of my life. Rebuilding my professional path while recovering from extensive injuries permanently shaped my belief that resilient systems and resilient leaders are inseparable. I entered the private sector as a second-shift supervisor and advanced through progressive leadership roles, leading multi-year modernization of workforce structure, deployment strategy, and enterprise security capability.As an ICF Associate Certified Coach, I integrate executive coaching principles directly into leadership development and organizational change.
