Lead site operations and contractor teams providing CI and CT support to safeguard U.S. personnel and ensure the integrity of the Afghan Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) program.Key Contributions:SIV Screening & Vetting: Direct ongoing vetting of Afghan SIV applicants against terror threat streams to protect U.S. personnel, allies, and the relocation process.Mission Continuity: Maintained the program launched at RS HQ through the fall of Kabul and its transition to Washington, ensuring operational continuity during a historic crisis.Leadership & Coordination: Manage site operations, lead contractor teams, and coordinate with State, DoD, and interagency partners on high-risk cases.Risk Management: Provide counterintelligence assessments that inform policy and operational decisions for Afghan relocations under Operation Allies Welcome.
