Supplement team with 15+ contractor headcount and 3M+ yearly budget Launched Treasury’s first internally built full stack application utilizing native AWS technologies. The Treasury Request System (TRS) was designed as a way to reassess FX processes and platforms and help simplify, standardize, and enhance compliance of FX trades executed each year Piloted and then expanded Amazon’s UiPath RPA program. The program has saved 100k+ hours of manual work and reduced errors for Amazon’s Treasury and Risk Departments. In addition, the team created training programs for every team under Amazon Finance, and trained over 100 citizen developers on UiPath. Presented at UiPath Forward (Las Vegas 2021) and regularly works with UiPath senior leadership to influence their product roadmap Effectively develop employees by allocating projects that are valuable to their career aspirations and long-term goals. In addition to hiring more than 40 employees (25% have been promoted in the past three years), the team has had zero attrition, and consistently scores in the top 5% in all of Amazon for Manager Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction, and Career Growth.
